How to become part of our team

Here you will find an overview of the individual steps that make up our recruiting process. It’s important to us that both you and our team are sure before making the final decision to work together. We can also adapt the process if necessary.

Step 1: Application & Review

Submit your documents online via our application portal. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail so you know we’ve received everything. Now, the hiring team will review your application and will come back to you in a few days.

Step 2: Let‘s meet

First we will scheduling a video interview via teams where we get to know each other, introduce you to LetMeShip and talking about the position. We often schedule two video interviews. In the last step, we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to our office. You will meet the team and get first impressions of our work culture.

Step 3: Offer & Become a LetMeShipper

If booth sides agree, we will send you an offer. If you have sign the contract, the onboarding process starts now. You’ll receive an onboarding plan on your first day and have an experienced LetMeShip buddy at your side. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!

Questions and answers about the application

What documents should I submit?

Please send us your current CV and your most recent references. We don’t necessarily need a cover letter, but feel free to let us know your salary expectations and earliest possible start date.

Which language should I use in my application?

Depending on the area and country unit you are applying for, you can apply in either the local language or in English.

Does the company work on a first name basis?

At LetMeShip, we enjoy an informal communication style. So, feel free to call us by our first names.

What tool do you use for video interviews?

We use Google Meet for video calls. You will see a link to join the call in the appointment invitation. Please remember to turn on your camera during the appointment so we can all see each other. It just makes the online conversation more personal.

What should I wear?

Please wear what you makes you feel most comfortable! It doesn’t matter if it’s a suit and tie or jeans, a t-shirt and sneakers! In our side, we’re all dressed more casually.
