How can I book same day delivery?
As the costs for this service depend heavily on the current ticket prices, it can only be requested directly from us. If you do not yet have a customer account, simply contact us. As a customer, go to the “Same Day” tab after logging in and request a quote. We will then get back to you shortly with an up-to-date offer.
Please have the following information ready when making a telephone enquiry: Contents, dimensions and weight as well as collection and recipient address.
Where can goods be transported to with same day delivery?
In principle, to all destinations that can be reached within the same day. Our couriers have a large network for transport within Europe, so same-day delivery to neighbouring countries is always possible.
How quickly can a shipment be collected/transported?
Collection will be made within 90 minutes of booking. If a courier is already in your area and available, it can be even quicker. Our couriers have all the necessary entry permits and passports and can cross European borders at any time and deliver your goods within 24 hours – even at night. The courier will provide you with the necessary waybills upon collection.
Fast shipping alternatives to Same Day
Due to the distance, the “Same Day” service cannot be booked for overseas shipments, e.g. to North America or China. Here we offer you other fast delivery alternatives, such as classic express delivery or, if you need it really fast, booking a direct delivery or accompanied delivery with an onboard courier.
