LetMeShip supports the Course des Héros in Nantes

“We all are heroes” is the motto of the “Course des Héros”. The charity run takes place every year in various cities in France to raise funds for those affected by Fragile X Syndrome and for other associations in need of support.

Last weekend, this event took place in the perfect weather in Nantes and our heroine Ulrike was part of this heartfelt project. Together with the members of “Fragile X France”, she ran 8 kilometres in a fantastic atmosphere to collect donations for the association.

The Course des Héros is not about competition, but about showing solidarity and getting together for a good cause. There is no timekeeping and the distances between 2 and 8 kilometres are also suitable for children and people with reduced mobility. Across France, around 12,000 heroes and 400 associations take part. The motto is: FOR A GOOD CAUSE, A FEW KILOMETERS AND A LOT OF FUN. YOU ARE ALL HEROES!
