Where do I get the shipping labels after booking?
Our shipping software includes an automate label creation. Once you have completed your bookings, you will be able to print your shipping labels right from the system. A short time later, you will also receive an email with the shipping labels attached. You can also print these out here.
If you order a forwarding company – either online via the “Special” tab or by phone with the help of our customer service team – you won’t be able to print shipping labels on your own. In that case, the forwarding agent is bringing the print labels when they collect your freight.
What does multi-carrier mean?
Multi-Carrier means to have all service providers, shipping services and booking tools on one platform. That enables you to manage your entire shipping process quickly and easily on our website. How are the shipping costs calculated?
First the good news: with us, you only pay the actual shipping costs. Our consultation and the creation of a customer account are free of charge. The costs for a shipment strongly depend on the shipping service you choose, recipient country and the weight and measurements of your freight. Nevertheless, with multi-carrier you always profit from our pre-negotiated shipping rates with our partner carriers. Save money by contacting our sales team to ask for extra discounted shipping rates, e.g. for high volume shipping.
Tax and duty costs
We cannot provide any information on tax costs, as the tax rate varies from country to country. The amount of customs costs also depends on the value of the goods and the type of shipment you have chosen. You can get detailed information from your country’s customs office or from your customs broker, if you have engaged one.
What do I have to know about international shipping?
