  • Cancel shipments: Mistakes happen and requirements change. That’s why you can use our shipping interface to cancel your booked shipments – as long as your chosen shipping provider supports it.
  • Shipment tracking with real time visibility: All information about your shipment, as well as the transmission and tracking, is displayed live in your system thanks to our API. You can provide tracking links to the recipients of your shipments.
  • Collective invoice: You receive a collective list for all booked shipments, regardless of which shipping service provider you have booked and how many service providers you use. All invoices can also be found in the invoice archive.
  • Bundled shipping documents: You have all the important documents for your shipment at your fingertips, so nothing stands in the way of fast shipping.
  • Print labels: You can choose whether the label should be issued as an A5 PDF or optimised for thermal transfer printing as 100×150 mm. Label generation happens automatically. You can easily print your shipping labels yourself with just one click.

How can I connect the shipping interface to my existing system?

With our multi-carrier shipping interface, we offer you the possibility to connect the shipping module directly to your existing system. This means that all our services will be readily available to you, from our transport service provider price-performance comparison to tracking. Best of all: Your existing IT infrastructure remains in place. You can use our REST API to connect shipping processing to your ERP or WaWi system, for example, and manage all processes comfortably in one system. This saves you a lot of time and prevents system malfunctions.

Can I make use of the booking tool in my browser?

In addition to integrating our shipping interface into your system, you can also use our shipping platform online. The same functions are available to you as in the interface. The difference is: You create a free LetMeShip customer account, log in and handle your shipping via our platform.

Of course, you also benefit from special shipping rates and receive a transparent price-performance overview for every shipping request.

A personal contact person is available to you at all times and supports you with your shipping. The use of our platform as well as our customer service are free of charge, and you don’t need to enter into a binding contract with us. You only pay for the transport costs of your shipments.

How can I activate the shipment tracking?

After you have booked, you will automatically receive a tracking number. The tracking is already integrated automatically. Simply enter your tracking number in the tool within your customer account and you can see where in the world your shipment is. When you book a freight forwarder, we take care of the tracking for you.
