Trainee

Within our Invoicing department, you will be the privileged interface with our professional customers and our transport partners.
YOUR TASKS
- Processing and checking invoices (customers and carriers)
- Management of customer requests and claims (by phone or by mail)
- Management of carrier Invoice claims
- Management of the dunning process of unpaid customer invoices
- Support to our Customer Service and Sales teams
- You have a degree in administration and management (BAC+2)
- You are comfortable with figures
- You have a good English level, and you ideally speak Dutch
- You have experience in the logistics and transport sector
- You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and organised
- You enjoy teamwork in an international environment and are flexible
- Good knowledge of PC and MS-Office environments
