Your mission
As part of our development on the European market and an increase in activity, we are recruiting a new employee on a 12-month fixed-term contract for the “FRABENE” administrative department, which covers  three countries (France, Belgium and the Netherlands).

Within our Invoicing department, you will be the privileged interface with our professional customers and our transport partners.

YOUR TASKS

  • Processing and checking invoices (customers and carriers)
  • Management of customer requests and claims (by phone or by mail)
  • Management of carrier Invoice claims
  • Management of the dunning process of unpaid customer invoices
  • Support to our Customer Service and Sales teams
What you need to succeed
  • You have a degree in administration and management (BAC+2)
  • You are comfortable with figures
  • You have a good English level, and you ideally speak Dutch
  • You have experience in the logistics and transport sector
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and organised
  • You enjoy teamwork in an international environment and are flexible
  • Good knowledge of PC and MS-Office environments

How to become part of our team

Here you will find an overview of the individual steps that make up our recruiting process. It’s important to us that both you and our team are sure before making the final decision to work together. We can also adapt the process if necessary.

1 Application
Submit your documents online via our application portal. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email so you know we’ve received everything.
2 Your documents under review
Your application will be checked by the hiring team. After about three working days, you will receive initial feedback.
3 First meeting
In a first (video) interview, we introduce you to LetMeShip, the team and the position. We would also like for you to explain what drives you in your professional life, what your goals are and why you have applied to LetMeShip.
4 Getting to know each other
For the second interview, we would invite you to come to our office. You will get to know the team and get a first impression of our everyday office life. We will also go into more detail about the requirements for the advertised position. At this time, both you as the applicant and we as hiring parties can any unanswered questions, which ensures either side feels secure about their decision.
5 Contract offer
If both sides agree, we will send you an offer, have you sign a contract and look forward to you joining our team!
