The costs for your parcel shipment depend on the weight, size, destination and the selected shipping solution, e.g. standard, express or a special service. We are therefore unfortunately unable to provide you with any binding information on the costs here.

Tracking is already integrated into our shipping platform. As soon as you have booked, you can track the status of your parcel shipment in real time at any time. Simply enter your parcel delivery tracking number to receive detailed information on the shipping status. If you have booked a carrier or a special service through us, we will take care of the tracking for you.

With us, there is no minimum order quantity if you want to send parcels, regardless of whether you have a one-off overseas parcel shipment or regularly have many parcels within your country or within the EU. We can also provide you with a customised quote for your parcel shipping on request.

We offer volume discounts, special shipping accounts, automated shipping processes and always a personal contact for frequent shippers or companies that regularly send a large number of parcels.

In principle, shipping sensitive goods, such as direct deliveries, is no problem with LetMeShip. After your free registration, simply select the “Special” tab and we will send you the most favourable offer.

We generally recommend that you use sturdy, unused cardboard boxes for parcel shipping of sensitive products. To additionally protect your goods inside the parcel from shocks, use bubble wrap or foam for empty spaces. Also make sure that all labels are correct and legible and that old ones have been removed.

Customs processes and the associated customs formalities can be complex for international parcel shipments and also vary depending on the country and type of goods. When sending parcels internationally, it is essential to comply with customs regulations and import requirements. Make sure that all required documents, such as commercial invoices and customs forms, are filled out correctly.

As part of your booking via the shipping platform, the customs documents for DHL and UPS are already transmitted digitally to customs. If you have any further questions about customs, we can always support you by phone.

On the multi-carrier shipping platform, you will find a wide range of shipping options for packages, depending on urgency and budget. Express shipping is ideal for time-critical deliveries, while standard shipping is more cost-effective and can be used for less urgent shipments. Our shipping service providers also offer specialised services such as direct deliveries, same day delivery or onboard couriers. In addition, there are various transport routes such as air, rail or sea freight. Please note that the services we offer may vary depending on the country.

To optimise the cost of parcel shipping, you should bundle your shipping volumes where possible and negotiate discounts for regular shipments. Multi-carrier also means that you can compare the prices and delivery times of different providers at a glance and book the best deal for you with just a few clicks.

Along with the prices, the shipping portal also shows you the delivery times of the individual providers – the choice is yours. We recommend that you book express delivery here. This is faster and delivery times are shorter.

You can also use the shipment tracking function to check the status of your parcels in real time. Make sure that all required shipping information and documents are correct and complete to avoid delays.

The shipping service providers always emphasise that if you want to send parcels, they should be packed securely for transport. Proper packaging protects against shocks during transport and ensures that your parcels arrive undamaged at their destination.

Parcel delivery and secure packaging

This is best achieved with sturdy cardboard packaging, which should be strong enough to protect the contents. Don’t skimp on space here, as you should also wrap the contents with filling material to prevent the goods from sliding back and forth. If you are sending several fragile items in a large parcel, wrap them individually. You could do this with bubble wrap or recycled paper. Seal the parcel with tear-resistant parcel tape, remove any stickers or old shipping labels and attach the new, required shipping documents. Now nothing stands in the way of safe parcel shipping.

Basic insurance is already included when you book your parcel delivery. However, the costs and cover may vary depending on the value of the goods and the shipping service provider. If you are sending parcels with particularly valuable goods, you should definitely insure them additionally.
