Supplier Management – What you can expect

With LetMeShip you can benefit from a wide range of options to connect your suppliers and optimise your shipping processes. By booking shipments through a single source, you create more transparency and always get the best conditions for you and your suppliers.

As an administrator, you decide what your suppliers can see and what they cannot. Among other things, you can deactivate the price view. In this case, your suppliers will only see the shipping provider selection and the booking form. Define whether your suppliers can only ship to certain addresses and which carriers/services are available to them.

You can also define mandatory fields for your own process optimisation. This could be the mandatory entry of a delivery reference, e.g. a purchase order number, a supplier identification or important information for your incoming goods process. Of course, the invited supplier will not see any sensitive data from your user account.

When the notification function is activated, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link when a booking is made – so you can always keep an eye on all supplier shipments.

Invoices are sent to your account. This means that you can view all invoices at any time, as they are sent to the address you specify, even if your supplier is responsible for the booking. All shipments booked by a supplier based abroad are displayed in the system as import shipments. You remain the main contact person.
