Your mission
As a Financial Administrative Assistant (d/f/m), you will play a central role in our team in Naarden. You will support us in a variety of tasks in accounting, office management, and personnel administration. Your mission is to ensure smooth operations in the office and provide the best possible support to our employees. 

Your Responsibilities 
  
Accounting: 
  • You will handle basic accounting tasks and keep our mailbox up to date. 
  • You will be the first point of contact on the phone and manage the booking of credit cards and purchase invoices. 
  • You will maintain contact with our debtors via phone and email. 
  • You will be responsible for the correction and administration of invoices.
  
Office Management: 
  • You will ensure that everyone in the office feels comfortable and manage purchases (groceries, office supplies). 
  • You will be the first point of contact for our employees and assist with event planning. 
  • You will also communicate with contractors and service providers.
  
People Operation: 
  • You will maintain employment contracts and certificates. 
  • You will handle the preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting. 
  • You will communicate with HR service providers and partners, such as pension funds, KVK, and health insurance companies. 
  • You will manage data maintenance in our HR system, Personio.
What you need to succeed
  • You have good knowledge of Excel and the Office Suite. 
  • Experience in administration is a plus, as well as basic knowledge of labor law. 
  • You are an organizational talent with good time management skills. 
  • Openness, friendliness, and good interpersonal skills are your strengths.  
Language Skills 
  • You speak Dutch at a native level and have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
