When sending fragile products as parcels, we always recommend that you use strong, unused boxes. To protect your goods from shocks inside the package, use bubble wrap or foam to fill empty spaces. Also, make sure that all labels are correct and clearly legible, that old ones have been removed and that the recipient’s address is correct. Basic insurance is already included in the parcel delivery. However, the costs and coverage may vary depending on the value of the goods and the shipping service provider. If you are sending parcels with particularly valuable goods, you should definitely take out additional insurance, wether you are sending a parcel abroad or nationally. We recommend that you add the LetMeShip guarantee when booking. This also covers the value of goods on pallets and documents.
